Our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Pharma Document Control Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Pharma Document Control Associate **Location:** Rockville, MD **Pay Range:** $35-$38/hr **Duration:** 12 months (potential to extend) **What's the Job?** + This position allows for the meticulous organization and curation of invaluable documents and artifacts that reflect contributions to global healthcare. + Support research and development by providing access to historical data that can inspire and inform future projects. + Digitalization of site documents and performing transactions in the MERP (SAP) system as per respective SOP. + Archive and maintain GLP and GMP documents with an accurate inventory, both on and offsite. + Facilitate document retrieval during regulatory inspections and keep documentation in an inspection-ready state. **What's Needed?** + Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of relevant experience. + Knowledge of GMP and non-GMP documentation requirements. + Ability to prioritize work and communicate effectively across various levels of the organization. + Experience with MS Office Package (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe Pro Acrobat. + Knowledge of archival management principles and records management principles. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment. + Gain valuable experience in document control within the pharmaceutical industry. + Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals dedicated to improving global healthcare. + Enhance your skills in archival management and regulatory compliance. + Be part of a company that values your contributions and supports your career growth.
