Our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a GMP Document Specialist to join their team. As a GMP Document Specialist, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting document management and archival processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** GMP Document Specialist
**Location:** Rockville, MD
**Pay Range:** $33-37/hr on W2
**What's the Job?**
+ Digitalization of site documents.
+ Perform transactions in MERP (SAP) system as per respective SOP.
+ Relocation of documents within Rockville Campus as per respective SOP.
+ Archive and maintain GLP and GMP documents with an accurate inventory, both on and offsite.
+ Facilitate document retrieval during regulatory inspections.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree in a scientific field with 0-2 years of relevant experience supporting QA and/or document management, archival process in a GMP/pharmaceutical setting.
+ Knowledge of GMP and non-GMP documentation requirements.
+ Experience preparing, digitizing and archiving various controlled documents
+ Skill in research, compiling information, and preparing reports.
+ Proficiency in SAP, LIMs, MS Office, and Adobe Pro Suite.
