Salary Disclosure Statement

Responsibilities Assist nursing staff with completion of resident activities of daily living, bathing, dressing, oral care, and other basic needsPerform vital signs on residents at beginning of each shift and as directedAnswer calls for assistance and observe changes in resident’s behavior, emotional state, or physical conditionComplete required documentation in a timely mannerAssist in transporting residents as neededProvide companionship to residentsEnsure the safety of our residentsAssist with motivating residents to help keep them active and engagedMaintain a clean and healthy environment Qualifications Must hold a current certification and GNA license in MarylandMust possess a positive and professional attitudeAbility to work well in a team-oriented environmentPrevious experience working in an skilled nursing facility is a plusAbility to communicate effectivelyAbility to remain calm and patient when dealing with residentsAbility to listen attentively is essentialAbility to problem solve and work well under pressureA willingness to navigate changes in assignmentsAbility to show empathy and compassion while interacting with residents to increase their comfort level
