Summary: Seeking a Guidance, Navigation & Control Systems Engineer with extensive experience in navigation system integration and aviation certification.
Requirements:
10+ years of navigation system integration experience, including hardware and software.
Experience with aviation navigation systems (e.g., Embedded GPS/INS, Radar Altimeter, TACAN, VOR, ILS/GS).
Familiarity with standards and regulations (SAE ARP4754/4761, DO-160, DO-201, DO-229, DO-236, AC 20-138, 14 CFR Part 27 and 29).
Knowledge of Aerospace engineering processes (requirements definition/allocation/validation/verification, integration, embedded software, electronic systems).
FAA/EASA/NAA certification experience.
Preferred Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science. Mechanical Engineering or Systems Engineering degrees with applicable experience are acceptable. Advanced degrees considered as additional experience.
Responsibilities:
Integrate and certify aviation navigation systems and components.
Ensure compliance with aerospace engineering processes and regulatory standards.
Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
