Our "GOglobal Tax Program" kickstarts an exciting career in Tax at a top Science and Technology company. This 2-year rotation-based program is designed for exceptional Master's students, featuring diverse Taxation rotations that promote continuous learning. You will benefit from international assignments, mentoring, and formal training, all aimed at enhancing personal and professional development.

 

Your role: 
During your 24-month rotation plan, you will explore various aspects of Tax and Finance while building a robust network within the company. In the first 18 months at our Darmstadt headquarters, you will gain invaluable experience in Group Tax and Finance, focusing on Accounting, Reporting, and Data & IT. You will engage in tax reporting, Pillar 2, tax structuring, transfer pricing, and contribute to the digitization of the tax function, managing high-impact projects with direct senior management interaction.
In the final six months, you will be assigned to a Country Finance organization in an international entity (e.g., US, China, UK), where you will handle local tax processes and projects, enhancing your Finance expertise and cross-cultural skills.
Upon completion, you will transition into an exciting role within the Group Tax organization, tailored to your interests and career aspirations. Throughout the program, you will participate in a comprehensive training curriculum designed to enhance your hard and soft skills, alongside continuous mentoring, ensuring you are well-prepared for a successful career.

 

Who you are:

Master's degree (or equivalent) in Taxation / Finance / Business Informatics with a focus on Taxation, Accounting or Controlling with outstanding academic performance.Practical experiences in Finance via at least two (international) internships, e.g. in Taxation, Accounting or Financial Controlling.High proficiency with digital tools and willingness to embrace new technologies; prior touchpoints to Finance digitization, data science and/or business intelligence are a plus.Profound knowledge of MS Office; ERPs, and DATEV skills are a plus.Fluency in German and Business English.    High learning agility and curiosity to problem solving.Team-player with strong presentation, communication, and networking skills.Extracurricular activities are a plus.

 

The deadline for applications is 15th January 2025.
The assessment center will take place in mid-March 2025. The program starts in October 2025 offering a permanent contract.
