As a Go-To-Market Lead on the US Sports Marketing team you will build world-class marketing strategies to launch, scale, and grow live sports on Prime Video. You will be on the team responsible for leading Go-To-Market for new and existing live sports properties in our portfolio like Thursday Night Football, NBA, NASCAR, National Women’s Soccer League, WNBA, and much more. You will work cross-functionally with internal (eg. creative, production, programming) and external partners (eg. professional leagues and teams). Your work will be highly visible and impactful, ultimately being a key driver in reaching viewership and business goals. Given the unique needs and nature of live sports, this function serves as the subject matter expert for live sports across all cross functional teams/shared services within Prime Video.
Key job responsibilities
- You will be on the core go-to-market team building the strategy and launch plans for NBA on Prime, launching October 2025.
- Build & execute world-class 360-degree sports marketing campaigns. You will own the creation of integrated marketing plans with inputs from key marketing channel leads (eg. O&O, organic social, paid media, PR), product, programming, production, and other internal stakeholders that will help reach & exceed viewership and other business goals.
- Operate like a GM with an owner's mindset through the lifecycle of the property. You will be responsible for understanding and leveraging the full marketing toolkit we have available to reach viewership and other business goals.
- Build relationships and become a trusted partner with the external leagues/organizations we work with.
- Partner with various Amazon creative teams (eg. Sports, Prime Video, Prime, central brand) to develop creative campaigns that inspire customers, engage fans, and drive viewership of our content.
- Dive deep into the nuances of marketing performance and viewership to uncover insights and learnings that will improve performance over time.
- Run experimentation to learn and improve marketing results.
