Amid uncommon scenic beauty, Members can savor the Island’s best offerings and create lifelong memories with family and friends.  The Kiawah Island Club is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual for the roll of GoKiawah Assistant Manager.  The GoKiawah department creates and executes year-round youth, adult, and family programming for members and guests of the Kiawah Island Club. These programs range from culinary events, beverage tastings, organized games & activities, off-island excursions, large scale holiday events and more.  The ideal candidate is an experienced professional that is comfortable in a highly visible and fast paced working environment. A large focus of the GoKiawah Assistant Manager position is the planning, coordinating, and execution of extensive youth programming. The GoKiawah Assistant Manager reports to the GoKiawah Manager and Director of Sports and Recreation.  Duties will consist of: Assist in the development and implementation of new and reoccurring youth, family, and adult programs working in conjunction with various departments of the Kiawah Island Club and outside vendors Meet planning deadlines for events and submit them in the club’s reservation software Promotion of GoKiawah programming within the Kiawah Island Club Adhere to budget guidelines as well as assist in annual budget planning  Assist other Club departments with general operations Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and management of seasonal GoKiawah counselors Manage event reservations and billing via point-of-sale system
