Job Description The Traffic Management team is building a new system that allows developers to test beta versions of their products in a secure, non-public, production-like environment. As a key member of the team within the DPE organization, you will drive improvements to our beta testing capabilities, directly enhancing the developer experience. Your Day-to-Day responsibilities: -Design, develop, test and deploy new capabilities. -Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and iterative development. -Manage your own project deliverables, timelines, and priorities, effectively balancing multiple tasks to meet project deadlines and performance targets. -Actively engage in design, and code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and incorporating feedback into your own work to maintain high standards of code quality and functionality. Skills and Requirements Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering 8+ years of relevant experience in backend development. Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and adapt quickly to new technologies. 5+ years expertise in Golang Proven ability to build modern, resilient, and operationally efficient backend systems following industry standards (HTTP, REST, microservices architecture). Strong knowledge of web and reverse proxies (Nginx, Apache) and L7 routing for traffic management. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration. Proficiency in Git and collaborative code management. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools for seamless deployment and integration.
