The ideal candidate should have a passion for golf, excellent communication skills, and strong leadership abilities. 

 

Key Responsibilities for the Teaching Professional:

Run private and group instruction for students of all skill levels. Designs and implements marketing ideas to promote golf instruction and bring in additional revenues to the club. Promotes all club golf activities including junior golf clinics. Coordinates and teaches clinics on weekly basis. Act as a liaison between Troon and the Club regarding golf school schedules, needs, and equipment. Assists in the creation of lesson plans. Monitors business volume forecast and plans accordingly in areas of manpower, productivity, costs and other expenses. Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. Regular and reliable attendance.

 

Minimum Qualifications of the Teaching Professional:

Class A member of PGA/LPGA or currently working towards membership.

 

Benefits & Compensation:
