**The Golf Instructor (Director of Instruction) at Topgolf plays a pivotal role in leading and developing our Topgolf Coach programs. This position is responsible for overseeing the instructional team, designing curriculum, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality golf instruction to our members and guests. The Golf Instructor (Director of Instruction) is instrumental in promoting a culture of improvement and enjoyment of the game of golf.** **Job Responsibilities** + Lead and manage the golf instruction team, providing guidance and mentorship. + Develop comprehensive golf instruction programs suitable for golfers of all skill levels. + Organize and coordinate individual and group golf lessons and clinics. + Evaluate the effectiveness of instruction programs and make necessary improvements. + Stay current with golf instruction trends and technologies. + Promote and market golf instruction offerings to increase participation. + Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all participants. + Provide exceptional guest service and address golfer inquiries and concerns. **Critical Skills & Experience Requirements** + Proven experience as a golf instructor with a strong instructional background. + PGA or similar professional golf certification is highly desirable. + Leadership and team management skills to guide the instructional staff. + Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. + In-depth knowledge of golf techniques, equipment, and rules. + Ability to develop and deliver effective instructional programs. + Strong organizational and time management skills. + Passion for promoting the game of golf and enhancing the golfer experience.
