Golf Pride Executive Administrative Assistant

Eaton’s IS GOLF Pride US division is currently seeking a Golf Pride Executive Administrative Assistant. This is a Full Time role, located at our Pinehurst, NC facility. This is a Monday-Friday role, with the typical hours being around 830A-430P.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $52499.97 - $76999.96 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you’ll do:


Golf Pride® , #1 golf grip brand worldwide, aims to strengthen our employee and guest experience with a seasoned executive administrative assistant. This team member will be integral to maintain and to continue to elevate our standard of seamless support.  This support shows up in a variety of ways from spanning from small, tactical duties to savvy communications and support with executive customers and internal leaders.


The role is located at the entry way to our consumer and employee wing.  This team member represents the first impression of our brand.  This impression carries through with the employee and guest experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
~35% Executive Admin Support
•    Schedules GM appointments and manages logistics for meetings and travel as well as expense reporting
•    Coordinate logistics and information updates with other executive assistants in Eaton 
•    Misc items
~20% - SLT Admin Support
•    Assists in functional global meeting coordination and execution
•    Ensures meeting rooms are prepared for large events or key visitors
•    Supports with expense reports, logistics, etc.
~15% - Office Manager Responsibilities 
•    Support execution of engagement events (including but not limited to golf tournaments, holiday party, community events, employee resource group events, etc.)
•    Maintains electronic distribution lists, Division email and regular mailboxes and manages regular disbursement of personnel and other electronic announcements
•    Manages office, shipping and mail room supply orders and ensures proper supplies are ordered as needed
•    Ownership of social hub, primary employee common area – including grocery replenishment and upkeep of appearance
•    Monitors spending on a continuous basis, provides monthly adjustments to the forecast as required.
~30% - Guest Experience
•    Manages the Global Innovation Center reception area of the Retail Lab, welcoming consumers and guests, directing them to their proper location, letting team members know when guests are here, & answering high level Golf Pride questions. 
•    Plan for key guest visits and provide full support for guests during their time at GIC, including meals, hotel accommodations, etc.
•    Ensures all projects completed consider “standards” deployment and incorporation of Golf Pride’s Brand
•    Fosters an environment which promotes Golf Pride’s culture and goals 
•    Create exemplary guest experience through coordinating travel logistics for internal and external guests domestically and globally
 

Qualifications:

Basic (Require) Qualifications

High School Diploma3+ years of administrative assistant related experience No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of the Pinehurst, NC facility will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
