Take the first step towards a rewarding career by applying today. Overview We are looking for a highly motivated, and customer focused to join our team as a Golf Course Range Attendant! As a Golf Course Range Attendant, you are responsible for the guest experience while at the Range, ensuring those guests have an enjoyable golf experience by engaging with the guests in a courteous and efficient manner. This individual will ensure the Range remains clean and organized and be available to assist with any needs or requests a guest may have. They will be working closely with different members of our team, so they will need to be quick on your feet and have an engaging attitude. Your role: Maintain a great relationship with all guests and members of the team Assist guests with their golfing needs, ensuring that every step of their golf experience at the club runs as smoothly and is as enjoyable as possible Maintain a detailed knowledge of the golf course, the hotel/resort and all events, amenities, and directions to assist guests Assist golfers by loading bags, cleaning clubs and preparing golfers for play ensuring all their needs are met and questions answered. Provides any insights to the course to help set guests up for success Service the practice facility by driving the picker and mechanically picking up golf balls in the area. Set up the practice facility for play. Continually replenish the supply of practice facility balls. Using a golf cart, patrol the practice tee and pick up trash and practice golf ball bags. Rotate practice facility area in accordance with tee maintenance program. Collect, clean and bag balls at the end of play, ensuring that all range balls are always in excellent condition by culling damaged balls Be highly organized with a strong understanding of where everything should be Be willing to jump in where needed to assist in delivering top service levels Responsible for maintaining stock- all shelves are stocked and items needing ordered Ascertains guest satisfaction; in the event of dissatisfaction, is a creative problem solver
