Duties and Responsibilities

- Support golf professionals in checking in members and guests, ensuring a seamless process.
- Maintain an efficient tee sheet and monitor pace of play to enhance the overall golfing experience.
- Assist members and guests in the purchase of merchandise and provide support for various golf-related activities.
- Offer detailed service to create a welcoming and enjoyable golf shop experience.
- Contribute to the organization of the golf shop and stock room.
- Assist in supervision during junior golf camp, contributing to the development of youth members and their guests.
- Assist Golf Professionals in maintaining cleanliness and order within the golf shop environment.
- Collaborate with Golf Professionals to ensure proper inventory counts and levels, and optimal stock availability.
- Perform additional duties as requested by the Golf Professionals, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting an inviting atmosphere in the golf shop, contributing to a positive and memorable experience for members and guests.

Requirements

- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. to waist height.
- Frequent bending, turning, kneeling and stooping.
- Exposure to hot and cold temperatures.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Repetitive motion required including computer entry.
- Must be able to operate a golf car in a safe manner.
- Normal vision and hearing required.
