Golf Shop Attendant 
Location: Grass Clippings Rolling Hills Golf Course - Tempe, Arizona 
Compensation: $20.00/hour 

About the Role: 
As a Golf Shop Attendant at Grass Clippings Rolling Hills Golf Course, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional guest service while assisting the golf professional staff in daily operations. Your role will involve managing merchandise sales, handling customer transactions, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Guest Services: Greet and assist guests with check-in, reservations, and general inquiries to ensure a seamless experience.  Merchandise Management: Organize, display, and restock golf shop inventory, while processing sales transactions efficiently.  Transaction Processing: Collect green and cart fees, manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions, and issue receipts for guest purchases. Communication: Take and relay messages for staff or guests, ensuring clear and effective communication.  Inventory Support: Assist with packing and unpacking of inventory, golf supplies, and maintaining a tidy and organized golf shop.  Reconciliation: Support daily cash and accounts reconciliation at the end of each business day.  Additional Duties: Carry out other tasks assigned by supervisors or managers to support golf shop operations and guest services. 

Qualifications: 

Friendly and welcoming attitude with excellent customer service skills.  Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.  Basic computer skills and experience with POS systems are a plus.  Dependable, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.  Knowledge of golf is preferred but not required.
