GENERAL SUMMARY

Under the direction of The Shop Manager, the Associate position is responsible for providing exceptional guest service for all current and prospective Members of The Bay Club Company and selling products to meet their current and future needs.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS Provide exceptional guest service, greet Members and guests; understand and anticipate their needs. Assist with inventory control; including timely receipt of product and physical inventory audits. Assist with daily/weekly merchandising of window displays, nesting tables and mannequins to represent new inventory. Develop and maintain good relationships with the Corporate Retail team, Club Managers and Associates. Accountable for store opening and closing duties including cash management and sales reporting. Maintains a clean, functional and safe work environment. Represent the Club in a professional manner through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through and response. Enforce the policies and procedures of The Bay Club Company. Supports The Bay Club Company marketing events as needed.
