OverviewThis is a seasonal position from April through early November. Meals and Housing provided at $19/day.
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Golf Superintendent to manage and oversee the maintenance and operations of our golf course. The Golf Superintendent will ensure the course is maintained to the highest standards, providing an exceptional experience for members and guests. This role involves managing turf maintenance, irrigation systems, and staff while ensuring environmental stewardship and compliance with safety regulations.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Turf Management, Agronomy, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in golf course maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of turf management practices and equipment.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in irrigation systems and golf course management software.
In-depth understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
