GOS Sr. Financial Analyst
**Job Title** GOS Sr. Financial Analyst **Job Description Summary** The Senior Financial Analyst will work with the Facilities Management team to perform various forms of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and variance reporting. In this role, the Senior Financial Analyst will support the Facilities Management team and the servicing of the client from an analytical perspective. This position will report to the Global Finance Manager. **Job Description** **Essential Job Duties:** + Developing and maintaining financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning. + Analyzing financial performance by comparing actual results to forecasts and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. + Preparing variance analysis reports and presenting insights to management + Create and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership. + Partnering with business partners to provide financial guidance on key initiatives. + Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements. + Ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with GAAP, or other regulatory standards + Automating financial processes to improve efficiency. + Implementing best practices in financial modeling and data analytics + Performs other related duties as required or requested. **Education/Experience/Training:** + College degree in Finance or Accounting preferred **Work Experience:** + Requires three to seven years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience + Specialized Knowledge/Skills – Strong knowledge of Yardi and/or MRI software preferred; Strong MS Office Proficiency; Financial reporting for multiple entities preferred; Strong internal and external customer service, time management and organizational skills; Exceptional delegation skills with the ability to be a hands-on contributor and take initiative; Results oriented with strong sense of urgency. **Competencies:** + Interpersonal + Exceptional Analytical skills + Attention to Detail + Problem Solving + Ethical Conduct + Communication - Oral & Written + Independent Judgement + Initiative + Independent Judgement + Problem Solving + Relationship Management + Time Management + Strategic Thinking + May be required to travel up to 10% of the time.
