THE JOB:

The primary responsibility of the Gourmet Food Server is to take and deliver customer orders, maintain tables, guest satisfaction and finalize checks. The food server is also responsible for performing side work and general cleaning of assigned stations.

THE STARTING RATE: $13.59 plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Greet guest in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcomeGuide guest through all phases of their experience at the restaurantKnowledgeable of selling techniques, service delivery of both non and alcoholic beverages, and service delivery of menu items of every courseItemize bills correctly and efficiently secure paymentMaintain cleanliness and stock of assigned area, side station, tables and Point of Sale (POS) stationAnticipate the guest needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Five years of Food and Beverage experience in a fine dining environment with food service experienceFamiliarity with Chinese cuisineKnowledge of wine, liquor, and spiritsAbility to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
