This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. Governance and Compliance Analyst
Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Governance and Compliance Analyst will include: Hybrid-2 days max in office Governance and Compliance Analyst II - This role is primarily responsible for supporting and implementing strategies, objectives, initiatives, and measures to ensure compliance with utility commission requirements and other regulatory programs impacting Customer Delivery. Help develop and support the on-going strategy to ensure Customer Delivery meets regulatory standards and company established requirements for substation optimization, grid improvement plans, multi-year rate plan projects, and other regulatory programs. Analyze new and changing regulatory requirements for impacts to Customer Delivery and then works with internal stakeholders to establish ownership, controls, and metrics to ensure requirements are tracked and met. Support development and implementation of new compliance procedures and related training. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance controls to ensure they provide the intended level of risk mitigation. Coordinates all internal and external changes associated with products or services to assure legal compliance with regulatory guidelines. Organizes compliance communications and audits. Supports management in monitoring compliance procedures.

Job Requirements
As a Governance and Compliance Analyst you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Required - 3-5 years of experience. Desired experience in compliance, preferably with risk identification and management, audit and compliance, policy development and maintenance, evaluation of control requirements, and related industry regulatory issues.
