Description of Duties\:

The Governance and Compliance Delivery Team Lead supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will\:

 

·         Be responsible for the budget and resource allocation of the Governance and Compliance Delivery Team.

·         Be responsible for the personnel assigned to this team along with the daily/weekly/yearly prioritization of their time and effort alignment.

·         Hold employees accountable to meeting mission needs and deadlines.

·         Approve employee timecards and expense reports.

·         Provide input to employee performance throughout the year.

·         Support employee growth/knowledge expansion in mission domain.

·         Assist with authoring, publishing, and enforcing compliance with governance and policy.

 

The Governance and Compliance Delivery Team is responsible for\:

·         Assessments of Software Applications being introduced into the MDA environment.

·         Assessments and Authorizations of Cross Domain Solutions.

·         Provide support and complete cyber risk assessment for projects executed within the MDA environment.

·         Develop and continually review/update Risk Management Framework (RMF) Artifacts.

·         Develop and continually review/update cybersecurity Policies and Procedures.

·         Continually review/update the enterprise Mission Assurance Support Services (eMASS) tool.

·         Assist with the continual preparation for a Command Cyber Readiness Inspection (CCRI).

·         Other tasks as necessary to continually improve the cybersecurity posture of the MDA.

Basic Requirements\:

Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience\: HS Diploma (or GED) and 10 years of general experience; Associate’s degree and 8 years of general experience; Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of general experience; Master’s degree and 4 years of general experience.

 

·         Must have 8 years of directly related experience.

·         Must have 4 years of documented management or leadership experience.

·         Must have, or be able to obtain, a DoD Secret Security Clearance.

·         Must have experience with the DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF).

 

Desired Requirements\:

 

·         Have experience participating in a DoD Command Cyber Readiness Inspection (CCRI)

·         Have experience with the enterprise Mission Assurance Support Services (eMASS) tool.

·         Have experience with managing and administering cyber related applications.

·         Have experience with establishing Cross Domain Solutions.

·         Have experience with Software Review and Approval process.

·         Have experience with BMC Remedy and AGILE Project Lifecycle.

 

This position is expected to pay $133,000 - $158,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
