The Campbell’s Company, a leading manufacturer of snacks, soups and simple meals, and beverages is hiring a summer intern in our Government Affairs department.  The successful candidate will be a rising junior majoring in political science, government or public policy. The paid, ten-week internship begins on or after May 19,2025  

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Monitor pending legislation and regulationsWrite policy summariesDevelop and execute communication plansCompile contact listsCreate or update databasesAssist with filing, records management and other projects as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

Political science, government or public policy major, preferredWorking knowledge of state and federal legislative process Strong verbal and written communication skillsDesire to develop strategic communication skillsInterest in interaction between government and businessAbility to work independently and know when to ask questionsProficient with Microsoft Office applicationsMinimum 3.0 GPAMust be a current undergraduate student returning to school in the fallMust be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship or assistance from the company
