The State Regulatory Specialist will primarily assist broker clients with obtaining and maintaining state licensing. This role involves navigating complex regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance with state laws.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Guide broker clients through the state licensing process.Monitor state regulatory changes affecting licensing requirements.Prepare and submit necessary documentation for licensing applications.Provide ongoing support for license renewals and compliance issues.
