The Government Funding Program Administrator is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of a government funding program through formal evaluations, informal visits, and resource referrals. This person will work cross-functionally with many teams across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Support Center Directors and teachers with goal setting and expectations to ensure compliance with government funding program requirementsIdentify and implement classroom modifications to ensure complianceAssist in development and facilitating of orientations for center managementAssist in development and facilitating of orientations for lead and assistant teachers at the start of the school year and ongoing throughout the school yearEnsure that all required paperwork is retained on site for teachers (i.e., teacher credentials, diplomas, and transcripts)Assist the Center Director with the recruitment of and employment interviews for lead teachers as requestedAssist with curriculum training for lead teachers and assistant teachers throughout the school year and at orientationsAssist with annual parent orientationsProvide guidance to Center Directors for annual purchases of equipment, materials, and supplies to ensure grant funds are used appropriatelyAdvise the government funding supervisor of any compliance issues that may affect the funding of the programBuild effective relationships with internal and external partners, including field operations and government agenciesOther duties as assignedQualifications:
High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experienceAbility to drive and adapt to changeStrong computer skills covering general office software, including MS Office; with strong Excel skillsCustomer service, conflict resolution, and collaboration experienceProfessional verbal and written communication skillsEffective personal organization and time management skillsAnalytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independentlyAbility to prioritize center needs and schedule accordinglyAbility to travel between alternate center and office locations (50%+)Occasional overnight travel requiredOur benefits meet you where you are.
