This is a full-time Career Service position, working 40 hours per week.
Regular business hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST, Monday to Friday.
DESCRIPTION
This is a professional position which will support the Hope Florida Program in managing and analyzing data to enhance decision-making and improve program outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS
Required Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
+ Two (2) years of experience in data management and analysis.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Preference will be given to candidates who meet the following:
+ Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Data Science, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field
+ Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Essential Job Functions
+ Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources.
+ Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.
+ Maintain and update databases and data management systems.
+ Collaborate with team members to identify data needs and provide insights.
+ Ensure data accuracy and compliance with relevant policies/procedures.
+ Assist in the development of data-driven strategies to enhance program goals.
+ Performs other related duties as assigned ( This position has been designated as an essential position and is expected to work during emergency situations or natural disasters. The incumbent of this position may be required to work before, during, and beyond normal work hours/days to include holiday ).
Educational Requirements :
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Work Experience Requirements:
+ Two (2) years of experience in data management and analysis.
