Job Description
We are seeking a Government Pricing Analyst to be responsible for calculating and managing pricing strategies for government contracts. This role ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and laws by analyzing cost data, market trends, and competitor pricing. You will develop competitive proposals while adhering to government pricing guidelines and often collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure accurate pricing and timely submission of government contract proposals.
ResponsibilitiesConduct variance analysis to identify and explain pricing variances.Utilize ModelN for pricing strategies and analysis.Perform 'What If' analysis to assess the impact of different pricing scenarios.Possess basic SQL knowledge for data extraction and analysis.Review contracts and understand terms to ensure compliance.Perform AMP (Average Manufacturer Price) and AST (Average Sales Price) calculations.Prepare and submit filings against the last quarter's data.Calculate and manage bundle pricing strategies for government contracts.Essential SkillsProficient in variance analysis.Experience with ModelN software.Strong skills in 'What If' analysis.Basic knowledge of SQL.Ability to review and understand contract terms.Experience in AMP and AST calculations.Proficient in Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel.Experience with government pricing regulations and compliance.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Work Environment
You will be working in a professional environment that requires collaboration with various departments such as sales, legal, and finance. The role may involve data analysis using ModelN and SQL, as well as the preparation and submission of government contract proposals. The work hours are standard business hours, and the dress code is business casual.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $48.00 - $55.00
