Job Description
We are seeking a Government Pricing Manager responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual calculations of government pricing and rebates, including AMP, Best Price, ASP, NFAMP, PHS, IFF, Tricare, FCP, and IRA Part D/Coverage Gap. You will maintain government pricing methodologies, standard operating procedures, and reasonable assumptions to reflect current federal statutes and regulations. Additionally, you will perform trend analytics, prepare analytics for senior management, and be involved in state transparency requirements and reports. You will also work with an outside system vendor applications team to implement needed system configuration changes and enhancements.
ResponsibilitiesCalculate monthly, quarterly, and annual government pricing and rebates (AMP, Best Price, ASP, NFAMP, PHS, IFF, Tricare, FCP, IRA Part D/Coverage Gap).Maintain government pricing methodologies, standard operating procedures, and reasonable assumptions as they pertain to government programs and pricing.Perform trend analytics and comparisons to benchmark to support calculations.Prepare analytics for Senior Management regarding price increases, product/contract negotiations, and changes in legislation impacting revenue.Perform reconciliation between SAP and iContracts.Track and submit State Transparency requirements and reports.Work with outside system vendor applications team to implement system configuration changes and enhancements.Handle various special projects related to government compliance, process improvement, operational efficiency, or training needs.Essential Skills5+ years of experience in pharma/government pricing.Experience with price calculations (AMP, BP, PHS, etc.).Experience in reporting for price types and understanding legislation and regulatory guidelines.Strong analytical skills, including 'what if' analysis.Pharma industry experience.Deadline-driven mindset, self-starter, and team-oriented approach.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency with iContracts and SAP ERP.Strong Excel skills, including Pivot tables and VLOOKUPS.Work Environment
This position offers a hybrid work environment with a flexible schedule, allowing for three days in the office and two days working from home (Monday and Friday). Standard working hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM with overtime as needed. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00
