Government Pricing Manager
Job Title: Government Pricing Manager Job Description: Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for government pricing and compliance? Join our dynamic team as a Government Pricing Manager! In this role, you'll be at the forefront of managing and calculating government pricing and rebates, including AMP, Best Price, ASP, NFAMP, PHS, IFF, Tricare, FCP, and IRA Part D/Coverage Gap. You'll ensure our pricing methodologies and procedures align with current federal statutes and regulations, perform trend analytics, and prepare insightful reports for senior management. Additionally, you'll collaborate with an external system vendor applications team to implement system enhancements. Key Responsibilities: + Calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual government pricing and rebates. + Maintain and update government pricing methodologies and standard operating procedures. + Conduct trend analytics and benchmark comparisons to support pricing calculations. + Prepare detailed analytics for senior management on price increases, product negotiations, and legislative changes. + Reconcile data between SAP and iContracts. + Track and submit state transparency requirements and reports. + Collaborate with external vendors to implement system configuration changes and enhancements. + Manage special projects related to government compliance, process improvement, and operational efficiency. Essential Skills: + 5+ years of experience in pharma/government pricing. + Proficiency in price calculations (AMP, BP, PHS, etc.). + Strong understanding of legislation and regulatory guidelines. + Excellent analytical skills, including 'what if' analysis. + Pharma industry experience. + Self-starter with a deadline-driven mindset and a team-oriented approach. Additional Skills & Qualifications: + Proficiency with iContracts and SAP ERP. + Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS. Work Environment: Enjoy a hybrid work environment with a flexible schedule! Spend three days in our Morristown, NJ office and two days working from home (Monday and Friday).
