We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Administrator to join our Capital and Government Property Team in San Diego, California.
This position is available for individuals with a college degree with a minimum of two years’ experience to participate in a professional field. Assists in the completion of routine and non-routine tasks; assists in the analysis, investigation, and solution of problems; and assists in developing electronic and hard copy documentation as required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Participates in the day-to-day activities of assigned functional area assisting in the completion of routine and non-routine tasks. Responsible for reviewing and updating GA Capital property records to ensure all records are accurate.Recording data such as manufacturer, serial number, or missing pictures in the data base. Upload pictures and data into the SAP system. Replacing asset tags on an as needed basis.Responsible for observing all laws, regulations, and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
