Government Property Clerk

Description:You will be the Government Property Clerk for the Property Management Team. Our team is responsible for maintaining accurate and efficient records of managed property using the Accountable Property System of Record (APSR) and other applicable systems and tools.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Government Property Clerk, you will provide administrative support by performing a variety of tasks to support the accurate and efficient maintenance of managed property records. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of property records throughout their lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing a variety of clerical duties, including data entry, scanning, and uploading documents to maintain accurate Government property records.
• Maintaining and reconciling managed property records for lifecycle of property.
• Monitoring, approving, and rejecting managed property shippers in the Materials Movement System.
• Collaborating with peers and program teams to resolve property-related matters.
• Reviewing and updating records, and providing administrative support to the team.

Basic Qualifications:
• High School Diploma, with at least 3 years of Property (Asset) Management experience.
• Working knowledge of Property related FAR and DFARs clauses.
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to meet target dates and manage time effectively
• Experience with Microsoft tools
Desired Skills:
• Detail-focused; ability to focus on details and ensure that all work is accurate, complete, and of high quality
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively communicate with peers, Program and internal stakeholders
• Experience with SAP
• Experience with Material Movement System

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
