The Prime Contracts Center of Excellence (COE) Manager leads a centralized team providing critical contract administration support functions across a large-scale government and public services practice. This leader ensures efficient and accurate execution of contract management activities while maintaining compliance with federal regulations and corporate policies. The role requires deep expertise in federal contracting processes, strong team leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive operational excellence in support of a complex contract portfolio. This role works collaboratively across the GPSC organization while also collaborating cross-functionally within the Operational Excellence team and across Deloitte’s Enabling Areas.

Work You Will Do:
Direct and oversee a contracts COE team supporting the GPS practice contracts portfolio, establishing service level agreements, workflow processes, and quality control measures to ensure timely and accurate contract administration support to all four GPS sectors.Develop and implement standardized procedures for key contract management functions including modification processing, document review, and contract data management, ensuring consistency and compliance across all four GPS sectors.Build and maintain collaborative relationships with senior contracts managers and stakeholders ensuring COE services align with their needsDesign and deliver comprehensive training programs for COE team members on contracting processes, compliance requirements, and internal systems, fostering continuous professional development and building team capabilities.Establish and monitor performance metrics for the COE, tracking throughput, accuracy, and responsiveness.Ensure data integrity and maintain audit-ready systems for all contract actions, supporting compliance and strategic portfolio management."Mentor and guide junior team members in developing their contracting expertise, providing regular feedback and creating growth opportunities while maintaining high standards of work quality.Lead quality assurance reviews of COE deliverables, implementing control measures to minimize errors and ensure accuracy in all contract actions and documentation.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process and system improvementsDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures and best practices for the COE, ensuring consistent service delivery and creating a foundation for team scalability.Partner with senior contracts managers to understand upcoming workload demands and strategic initiatives, proactively allocating resources and adjusting COE support models to meet evolving practice needs.Qualifications
Required:

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,300 - $173,300
