ROLE SUMMARY
The Government Relation Specialist is responsible for providing seamless employee experience to all Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle employees throughout their life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding in addition to providing the optimal government relation services throughout their tenure, The role is also responsible for the implementation of government relation related policies and procedures Government Relation initiatives.
ROLE PROFILE
Responsible for maintaining Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle government records while coordinating and managing the addition to the company portals like (GOSI, Qiwa). Responsible for accuracy of all employee information and documentation through the government portalsContribute to Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle brand build through cordial and efficient services provided to employees during any process.Responsible for ensuring all visa related matters are completed relevant to labor card renewal and issuance.Keep abreast of government regulations and labor laws to report any impactful changes.Develop relations with government entities and account managers to ensure smooth administration of all Human Capital activities.Support the Human Capital team with various engagement initiatives and activities to maximize the engagement of employees and shape the desired culture.Build strong professional relationships across the business by providing excellent administrative services and being the point of contact for human capital process related queries.
REQUIREMENTS
Graduate degree or high school.1-3 years’ experience in a Government Relation or Public Relations Officer role.Retail experience is a plus.Excellent to Fluent in English.
