Labor Relations Manager

Your role and responsibilities

Act as a point of contact for government authorities and maintain regular communication to address concerns, seek guidance, and provide updates.Coordinating with manpower suppliers with the issuance of iqama and Ajeer of employees, including other related government relations activities.Coordinating with manpower suppliers all matters related to outsourced employees, including amendment of manpower quotations and EOSB calculations, and Quarterly OS ESB report from the suppliers.Documentation and Reporting - Upload time sheets in the system, and Release/Close all time sheets. Get the Time Sheet TS Extract; Upload time sheets in the annual calendars of the employees in the system, and share OT with Payroll Dept.; Process all workflows that includes Travel Authorization, Expense Reports – HR related, and Transfer all workflows done on daily basis to AskHR; Purchase Order (PO) for things requested from SCM, like lease cars, employees under PO; Processing invoices that includes mineral water invoices, kitchen supply items, Lee jam invoices, and maintaining WAIE Petrol Balance, and processing Budget Long Lease invoices; Coordinate monthly Outsourced Payroll Register with the invoicing format, and coordinate for the monthly Outsourced Expense Reports with finance and payroll; Maintain local Data Dictionary, and Add planned days to SAP; Provide monthly Leave Cost to Finance, and corrections in Employee annual calendars; Provide leave days of exiting employees to Offboarding Officer; Provide evidence to the auditors for control, and Controls - CPCP; Handling Administration Requests.Handling Health Club Memberships with the suppliers.Employee shall also carry out any tasks that are assigned by management necessary to fulfil the job requirements.

Qualifications for the role

Ideally, you'll hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (such as Accounting Sciences / Financial Management / Business Administration or any related discipline).with 0 to 5 years experienceStrong organizational and project management skills.Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.Proficient in using relevant software applications for documentation and reporting.Fluency in Arabic and English languages (both written and spoken).
