IPP No. Location Operation / Service Function Position Job Title Process New Band # of Positions Chennai Operation Manager - GPO P2P C1 1 PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES • Expertise in all Accounts Payable sub processes • Experience in transition and stabilization of AP processes • Should possess Project Management skills to drive and implement process improvement projects • Hands on with Preparation of Dashboard Reports • Experience in driving Continuous Process improvement initiatives through Lean Six Sigma • Act as SME for team in resolving complex issues, changes in tools, automation, etc • Should have experience in handling client calls / escalations • Automation projects to improve Productivity and efficiencies of team • Open to work in flexible working shifts as per process requirements • At least 10 yrs of experience in PTP (AP primarily) in International BPOs • Working experience in SAP, COUPA • Clear understanding of the process and evidence of Leading Transformation initiatives • Should have the aptitude to identify business improvement opportunities and should have thorough knowledge of technologies used in Finance Transformation initiatives like RPA etc • Working location will be Chennai and 100% WFO • Ability to create Macro will be an added advantage CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED Excellent communication, Domain knowledge, Excellent skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel / Power Point , Customer Centricity / Effective delegation / Time management / Commitment for excellence SAP ERP exposure Invoice to Pay(Transactional Accounting)
