Position Summary The PMO Specialist provides various administrative services in support of the AAS team. The successful candidate will thrive in a team environment, provide excellent customer service, possess a high degree of self-confidence and executive presence, exercise discretion and diplomacy in all interactions, proactively anticipate and manage challenges, manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize appropriately, work efficiently, and remain flexible to changes in schedule and work hours. This position works within a hybrid workplace model requiring a blend of working in-office and working from home. Work you’ll doAs a PMO Specialist, you will have responsibility supporting a team that delivers across the highest priority efforts in our Sales Excellence organization. This position is characterized by shifting priorities over multiple, concurrent projects, and communicating with all levels of leadership. As a PMO Specialist you will:Be responsible and accountable for managing work and projects, demonstrating management and leadership abilities to maintain momentum and move work forward intuitivelyDeliver exceptional administrative support service in a virtual and in-person team-based environment; adapt methods and behaviors to engage and accommodate client styles and preferences effectivelyAccurately and proactively assess requirements for each project/request, communicating effectively with requestors addressing questions or issues promptly and professionallyCompose and edit documents and collaborate with AAS team members to format, edit, proofread, and coordinate production for presentations and proposals according to Deloitte brand standardsPlan, manage, and coordinate meetings to accommodate AAS team schedules, demonstrating exception judgement to adjust and flex hours and address request with urgencyPromote a teaming culture with shared goals and responsibilities; leverage strengths and specialized skills to help deliver a high-performing teamBuild positive and productive relationships with engagement teams, leadership and peers, and Deloitte professionals in all functions at all levelsGain and apply knowledge of Deloitte’s policy and procedures, including brand standards, to offer quality support and accurate guidance to the collective AAS teamAssist with the development, enhancement, maintenance, and use of tools, templates, and guidanceWork collaboratively as part of a team to deliver with consistent qualityProvide accurate and timely communications regarding project status and recommended actions to close gapsEnsure quality and responsiveness of all workProvide document management and controlsQualifications
RequiredDetail-oriented and quality consciousProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to travel X%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel. Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Preferred:Able to identify and contribute to developing efficient process and workflow methodsCritical and innovative thinker who can navigate gray areas, anticipate problems, formulate solutions, and act accordinglyKnowledge across document development domains to implement procedures and provide skilled supportExperience with the Federal proposal development lifecycleProficiency with SharePoint, TEAMS and Adobe Acrobat
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,300 to $155,400.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
