Cleveland Clinic has openings for GPS Global Business Development and Integration Director at its Main Campus in Cleveland, Ohio to develop, support, and implements global strategy and integration plans for all its Global Patient Services (GPS) offices. Duties include: leading operational planning and key operations management projects; assessing GPS office network for standardization and efficiency; formulating business development strategy; and developing and implementing standard operating procedures across GPS offices. Hybrid weekly work schedule - combination of on-site and remote work within State of Ohio. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field or foreign equivalent as evidenced by a credentials evaluation and eight (8) years of international healthcare and management experience. Experience must include strategic and operational planning and implementation, market research (patient volumes, competitor analyses, and country specific activity), international healthcare strategy (development of patient services, service delivery, and medical tourism), and business development (including market entry, lead generation, and customer/stakeholder engagement). Master’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field or foreign equivalent as evidenced by a credentials evaluation to offset two (2) years of the stated experience requirement.
