Hours:

8-5 M-F

Extended hours for trains and during harvest.

Responsibilities Work with patrons in a courteous and professional manner. Direct customer contact, build strong customer relationships; assist with order status, research and resolve all customer questionsManage customer disputes, research and provide solutions to customer issuesEnter inventory data and orders into system and manage order fulfillmentCoordinate customer delivery and pick-up and customer shipmentsUnderstand the business functions of sales team and assist the team in improving the efficiency and profitability of the location(s) assigned.Follow through with sales team, customers, and vendors as it relates to all programs.Ensure that federal and state regulations pertaining to products are observed and adhered to.Perform other duties as needed or assigned.Be able to distinguish between varying types of grain Load trainsMinimum Qualifications (required) 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Procurement and/or Inventory AnalysisHigh School diploma or GEDAdditional Qualifications Work extended hours to meet business demandsComputer proficient Pre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position. If required, selected candidates must pass pre-employment screenings to include all or a combination of drug, criminal, motor vehicle check, physical requirements and FMSCA Clearinghouse.

Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications.
