We are looking for an experienced Grader Operator to support our Road Maintenance & Drainage team across the Melton Shire. This long-term contract aims to create a sustainable, vibrant, and safe environment for the community. 

This position is primarily an Operator role however you will also be required to carry out general labouring duties as required.

What you’ll bring: 

A can-do attitude and strong 'team player' with the proven ability to work efficiently with a team. Current HR licence preferred. Current General Construction Induction card. Current Grader ticket with experience in operating a Grader across a range of situations including high shoulder removal, road trimming and unsealed road maintenance. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.  Proactive with a strong commitment to maintaining a Zero Harm (Safety) culture.
