Job Summary\:

Reporting to the Director for Graduate Enrollment Management, the Graduate Admissions Enrollment Coordinator for the College of Science and Technology (CST) will be responsible for supporting CST graduate programs by serving as the primary recruiter for CST PhD, MA, MS, and
PSM programs in Biology, Chemistry, Computer and Information Sciences, Earth and Environmental Science, Mathematics, and Physics.
The Enrollment Coordinator plays a key role in supporting prospective students through the admissions process, from application review to matriculation. Responsibilities include evaluating applications, hosting admission presentations, assisting with recruitment events, providing information on admissions, financial aid, and academic programs, and supporting orientation and advising efforts. The role involves collaboration with students, staff, faculty, alumni, and stakeholders to drive successful enrollment outcomes. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education & Experience\:

Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of directly related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Required Skills & Abilities\:

 Excellent written and oral communication skills.  Demonstrated computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Google App Suite, and EllucianProducts (Banner, CRM).  Knowledge of graduate admissions requirements, college and university processes.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Knowledge of informal science education programs.  Ability to travel to off campus locations that may not be accessible via public transportation.  Demonstrated customer service skills along with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of individuals.  Ability to work nights and/or weekends, if necessary.
