The University of Maryland Institute for Advanced Computer Studies UMIACS is seeking a graduate assistant with a multimedia experience to join its communications team The strongest candidate will have the flexibility of choosing either a 10 or 20 hour work week During the summer this can be extended to either 20 or 40 hours depending on the graduate assistants preferenceAs part of the UMIACS communications team the graduate assistant will have the opportunity to hone their multimedia skills while promoting research on a variety of technologies ranging from artificial intelligence quantum and cybersecurity to linguistics the microbiome sciences and virtual and augmented reality
