The job of the Graduate Assistant is to be the Executive Assistant EA to the Director of the Condensed Matter Theory Center CMTC The successful candidate will be required to assist the Director with his travel arrangements CV scheduling and correspondence This position will also provide administrative support for Center operations and events and other related duties as assigned by the Director A successful applicant will enjoy flexible hours and a dynamic work environment
