Duties include troubleshooting and maintaining computer systems, ensuring quick resolution of operational issues, and documenting issues using tracking software. The role involves coordinating the installation of software and hardware, implementing procedural changes, and providing training to both technical and non-technical users. The student will also assist in maintaining the technology asset inventory, stay updated on emerging technologies, and perform other tasks as assigned. Discipline Specific Required Qualifications + Information Technology/Software Engineering background (basic IT/Software Engineering classes). + Must be a full-time graduate student (9 hours during the Fall or Spring semester and 6 hours during Summer months. + Able to work well with diverse group of people including faculty, staff, and students. + Strong experience with troubleshooting and maintaining computer systems. + Detail and Analytical oriented. + Effective communication skills for interacting with staff/faculty. + Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, preferably in Excel. Preferred Qualifications Full time Graduate Student, Master in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Cyber Security or Informatics.
