We’re a thriving and growing organisation which offers you many possibilities to shape a better world, and your future. **The opportunity** The Specialist Technology, Analysis and Research team is looking for a talented graduate to join their multidisciplinary team of analysists and designers to support Arup’s vision and mission in delivering sustainable and socially useful work. + Undertake numerical analyses using first-principles methods to solve our clients’ most difficult challenges     + Perform and report on thermal, mechanics, and fluids linear and non-linear analysis. Those could include: wind and climate modeling, water flows, or vibration analyses.     + Collaborate with other structural engineers, civil engineers, mechanical engineers, and risk consultants on innovative buildings and infrastructure projects     + Work on defined tasks under the close supervision of a senior engineer     + Analysis, design, and communication of results to clients both internal and external to Arup     We encourage candidates who have interest/proficiency in any of the following:     + Computational Fluid Dynamics     + Building Physics  + Sustainability  + Materials science and engineering      + Wind engineering and extreme environmental loading     + Blast and impact design and analysis     **Is this role right for you?** We’re looking for graduates who are curious and ready to evolve how you think and work. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of Seattle, WA will differ. **San Francisco Hiring Range** - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in San Francisco, CA is $75,500 to $82,500 per year. **This range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level.** Benefits are not included in the base salary.
