Graduate Client Executive
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Commercial Team as a Graduate Client Executive. This is the perfect role for someone with a strong educational background with good client retention and business development skills with ambitions to join an established, market leading insurance broker.
As a Graduate Client Executive, you will become an integral part of our dynamic Commercial practice. You will support a team of experts in selecting and securing the best insurance programs while collaborating with experienced Client Executives to gain insights into our clients’ businesses, the challenges they face, their risks, and what value means to them. Throughout the training program, you will learn how to advise clients on effective risk management strategies and work alongside our broking teams to enhance our value proposition.
This position is based in our Bristol city centre offices, offering the flexibility to split your work week between the office and remote work. Achieve your Insurance Practitioner qualifications and gain accreditation from the Chartered Insurance InstituteCollaborate with Marsh Client Executives to develop effective placement strategies for insurance renewals and manage mid-term risk adjustmentsBuild and nurture new client relationships to expand your business portfolioGather and assess underwriting information for commercial clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their needsLeverage Marsh's online trading systems to compile and negotiate renewal terms with both current and potential insurersWork closely with Client Executives and Placement Teams to create comprehensive client renewal reportsGenerate and/or request necessary insurer documentationAnalyse and provide feedback on Indemnity and Insurance clausesWhat you need to have:
Holds a 2:1 university degree (or equivalent qualification) or aboveRight to Work in the UK or Republic of Ireland (no visa sponsorship provided)What makes you stand out:
