**Graduate Engineer,** **This is 12-months technical and sales programrotating around the Poland sales departments.** As Graduate Engineer you will be part of **our Poland, Baltics & Ukraine** organization, where you can expect excellent technical, product and sales training and the opportunity to learn from some of the best managers and engineers in our company! **IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HANDLE:** **Sales &Technical Process** + Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and develop a business value proposition specific to the customer requirement + Lead a local market analysis to understand customer requirements and the business behaviors required to achieve goals in target areas + Build quotations based on the engineered solutions and present them in a format that sells their value to customers – this includes establishing appropriate pricing and commercial terms and conditions of sale + Work with Field Sales Engineers and Account Managers to follow-up quotations with the view to turning them into orders + Be actively involved in the sales strategy and qualification process for each of the departments in order to better integrate our market offering.
