Graduate Internal Communications Specialist

The International Center of HP in Sant Cugat del Vallès is one of the most important sites of HP worldwide. With over 35 years of history, more than 2300 employees from more than 60 different nationalities, including the headquarters for the Large Format Printing Business and 3D.

Increasing and maintaining this rate is the primary goal of the Internal Communications Plan: ensure all employees understand and connect their daily job with the objectives and priorities of the business, ensure proper recognition and visibility of milestones and achievements, and secure communication is prepared and deployed by the correct stakeholders to the right audiences in a timely, transparent, and tangible way.

Key responsabilities:

This role will support the Internal Communications lead for the Large Format Printing organization and involves the following tasks:
o Work with the LF Comms team to understand the business and people needs to prepare the best internal communication plan and processes.
o Support on the different communications channels such as Newsletter, Intranet, TV screens, signage, etc
o Write down the copies of the Social Media posts of the main events happening within the business.
o Intranet data maintenance, ensure the accuracy of the information and news.
o LF Academy support: reports, KPIs and webinar logistics.
o Support organizing business events: Kickoffs, Employee Meetings, external site visits, celebrations, etc., and other projects or initiatives in partnership with the Site Communications team.


The candidate must be able to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Excellent writing and communication skills in English are required. The candidate must also be proactive, highly organized, able to manage objectives without constant supervision, and comfortable working in a team.

Education and Experience
- Recent Graduate in the past two years with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Advertising, PR, Journalism, or Communications related
- Proficient English writing and speaking skills are a must.
- Knowledge of Spanish and Catalan is an advantage.
- Proficiency level in the Microsoft Office package (PowerPoint, TEAMS & FORMS)
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of productivity tools such as Zoom, Power BI, etc., is also an advantage.
