Graduate - Key Accounts Assistant
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Key Accounts Manager and Team Set up for customer meetings Order and control product samples for tradeshows and presentations Products queries Typing and distribution of minutes, general correspondence, deal sheets, allocations etc. Preparing of spreadsheets Action payment of expense claim forms New store opening updates Liaise with Advertising Agency Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree 1 - 2 years work experience would be preferred Own Transport and drivers licence (will need to visit the trade) Good excel and computer skills Aptitude figures Good communication skills - written and verbal Be able to handle pressure with high attention to detail Organised with good time management Good understanding of merchandising principles
