Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center a member of Trinity Health Of New England is looking for a Graduate Medical Education Coordinator to join our Department of Surgery team.


This exciting position manages all administrative aspects of the Saint Francis Medical Center Department of Surgery education experience. The Coordinator is responsible for maintaining education affiliation agreements and providing oversite of the learner tracking process. This position oversees the onboarding of all residents and fellows and coordinates the graduate medical education requirements and relationships with sponsoring universities.

You Will Be Responsible For:

Serves as the main point of contact and liaison for Surgery residents and fellows.Partner with department Coordinators/Preceptors to enhance processes and ensure compliance with educational policies and procedures.Monitors and ensures all learners are compliant with onboarding, Health ClearanceCultivate relationships with all TH Of NE sites and collaborate to standardize educational policies and procedures across the region

Requirements:

Associates Degree or related experience 5 years of Healthcare Education experience preferredMust be highly organized and detail-oriented team player with the ability to work independently
