We are currently looking for multiple university graduates to join our talented teams across Europe. You do not require any previous commercial experience to join our Technology Solutions Graduate Programme.

Our Graduate Programme is specially designed for graduate and early career candidates who are looking to take their first steps into a major FinTech. Over a period of approximately 32 weeks, you will gain experience in FNZ’s Analyst Tester, Analyst Developer and Production Support functions, combining both practical work experience and training & development. Upon completion of the programme, candidates will be assigned to their new technologies role within the team, as part of a long-term unlimited employment contract.

During this programme you will:

Be part of a full-time, salaried graduate cohort.

Discover how the software development lifecycle works at FNZ, with comprehensive learning and development courses.

Discover software testing of FNZ platforms, detecting bugs and writing solutions documentation.

Participate in business and systems analyst duties as part of the Analyst Testing team.

Work, meet and learn from international colleagues from all around the world.

Our graduate programme commences twice a year, with our next cohort intake in July 2025.

Who you are:

You have an A or B+ equivalent  (2.5 or better according to Czech GPA) bachelor’s degree, in either Computer Science or related STEM discipline (please note that we require candidates to be graduated with no academic commitments prior to the cohorts starting),

You have a passion for problem-solving and technology,

Although no previous software development experience is required, successful candidates will be expected to acquire skills in C# .NET and SQL,

You enjoy working as part of a diverse, international team.
