Wood is recruiting for Graduate Engineers to join our Project Controls team across our Digital Consulting business based in our UK office(s).  As a Wood Graduate you will join a culture of innovation, pushing the boundaries of what is possible to seek the best solutions for our clients. The Role Wood is deeply committed to the development of their people and recognises the importance of growing a talented team of professionals with expertise in Digital Consulting in order to ensure the future success of the organisation and the Energy sectors that we support. As a Project Controls Graduate, you will be given on the job training and learn how to assist in the provision of basic cost, planning, scheduling and risk assessment supporting Wood assignments / project teams and clients. You will initially work on some of our smaller projects with the support and guidance from a supervisor / mentor and learn how to run a limited range of project controls systems and tools to enable the successful management and reporting of the project costs, schedule and risk on projects and specific assignments. At the end of the graduate scheme, you may want to develop into one specific area, e.g. cost, planning, estimating or become more of a generalist, there are various routes available.
