SBAN is seeking an hourly Member Liaison Graduate Assistant GA to provide general projectsupport with a focus on member engagement and communication Tasks will include but not belimited to Member management outreach and engagement Includes regular member communication managing listserv and other member portals responding to member emails and supporting member onboarding Planning bi monthly webinars These events feature interactive presentations by small business anti displacement experts who address the network members collective needs Webinar goals include responding to challenges faced by small businesses in gentrifying neighborhoods sharing knowledge about innovative policy and practice and identifying ways to push new policy in different regions Supporting advisor sessions These are intimate virtual meetings for members to get answers to specific anti displacement questions Supporting working groups which bring members together virtually around specific anti displacement topics on a monthly basis for six months Supporting the work of the SBAN communications team This may include assistance with our bimonthly newsletter news media outreach or engagement of members through virtual meeting platforms and listserv Coordinating with SBAN leadership and staff to strategize about new membership engagement efforts
